Maxx Eyewear began in 2001, selling sunglasses out of bright yellow trailers around Colorado Springs. Ten years later, thanks to word of mouth, Maxx had exploded to over 20,000 retail customers across the United States. In 2018, Navajo Incorporated acquired Maxx, saying “This is a one plus one equals three situation. They're a well-recognized brand with a premium price point in a strong market.” Now headquartered in Denver, and staffed with avid golfers, anglers, and outdoor enthusiasts, Maxx Eyewear is poised to become the standard bearer in outdoor adventure optics.
